• You must submit your current undamaged passport and it must have one blank visa page.
• The passport must be signed and valid for six months from the date of departure.

• If the address on your driver’s license does not match your residence, you may include a copy of a major utility bill (water, power, or sewage).

Business Letter

• The Business letter should be on the company letterhead with an original signature.
• Name, address and phone number of the contact person in India must be stated in the letter.
• The letter must state the name, position, nature of work for how many days, where he is staying and who will provide financial guarantee.

Invitation Letter

• An invitation letter can be original or scanned copy. Please provide an original or scanned copy of invitation letter on the company’s letterhead with the company seal or the red seal from the official foreign ministry.

• A Letter/Certificate of Incorporation from the business in India that is inviting the applicant must be included.

• Passport photo services available at our offices.
• Must be 2″ x 2″ on a white background.
• Photo must not be older than one month.

An employment appointment letter must contains salary information. The salary must be a handsome amount.

The employment contract letter must be detailed.

• The resume of the applicant must be included.

• Please provide copy of the registration of the company registered in India.

• This letter must be from the company in India certifying :
  • Indian company takes responsibility for paying taxes on applicant’s behalf.
  • Foreigners hired will not exceed 1% of workforce.
  • If the number of employees is within 1% but more than 20, there may be a delay in processing.

• This form must be completed and included.

• The letter from the company must justify that the applicant is the skilled and qualified and profession and those kind of skilled of not available in India

• Passport photo services available at our offices.

• Photo must not be older than one month.

• Copy of the birth certificate is required.
• Copy of each parent’s passport information page or copy of drivers licenses.
• Minors not traveling with both parents/guardians must provide a notarized of consulate signed by the non accompanying parent(s)/guardian(s) authorizing the consulate to issue a visa.

• You must provide your actual Current or Expired Indian passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport.

• You must submit your current undamaged passport and it must have one blank visa page.
• The passport must be signed and valid for six months from the date of departure.

• Full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression.
• You may not wear eyeglasses or headwear except for religious purposes.
• Photo must not be older than three months.

• A clear photocopy of the applicant’s drivers license or state issued ID is the best proof of address.
• The address on the ID must match the present address on the visa application exactly.
  • Alternatively, the most recent major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage), or a copy of a valid/current lease containing both the landlord and tenant signature, may also be accepted.

• You must provide proof of your current U.S. Immigration status. You must provide a copy of your U.S. Immigration paperwork (Status of H1-B, H-4, L1, L2 , EAD, I-120 copies) or a copy of your Green Card Front/Back.

• You Must Provide Both Parents Indian passport copies
• You must provide a copy of your U.S. Immigration paperwork (Status of H1-B,H- 4,L1, L2 or I-120) or a copy of your Green Card Front/Back.
• Two Original Parental Consent Letter (Signed and Notarized)
• Child Signature or Thumb Print on Application
• If Applicant ever held Indian Passport, you must apply for Renunciation certificate for cancellation of Indian Passport. or submit a proof of renunciation certificate or copies of Indian Passport with cancelled stamp “Passport cancelled as Holder requires US Citizenship” or Call our Office at: (310) 402 1619 and talk to our expert team.

• If Applicant ever held Indian Passport, you must apply for Renunciation certificate for cancellation of Indian Passport. or submit a proof of renunciation certificate or copies of Indian Passport with cancelled stamp “Passport cancelled as Holder requires US Citizenship” or Call our Office at : (310) 402 1619 and talk to our expert team.

Note: If you have Lost your Current Indian Passport, Please submit at least four additional documents for deemed renunciation certificate, such as your Indian Passport copies, your Indian Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, High School Diploma issued by Indian Government, Parents Indian Passport copies, Parents Marriage Certificate copy, parents Birth Certificates or death certificates copies issued by Indian Government.

• Female Applicants must submit a copy of their Marriage certificate or divorce decree.

• The average OCI processing time is 45-60 days.

A valid passport and visa are required for travel to India. The Indian government now offers two options for Tourist and Business travelers: a traditional visa and an Electronic Visa / Emergency Visa which  is valid for only two months from the date of entry,  issued electronically. A traditional Indian visa is stamped inside the traveler’s passport.
