Expedited Passport Renewal instructions

Prerequisites for Renew Passport

(if the below criteria are not met, please select a different passport service above)

Applicant has most recent passport is in his or her possession, AND;
Applicant was 16 years or older when the passport was issued AND;
Applicants passport was issued within the past 15 years AND;
Applicants passport is not damaged (normal wear and tear is acceptable to an extent)

Required Documents – US Passport Renewal

Note: We provide our customers complete assistance with your online application, Photos, and other supporting documents with Walk-in from 9 a.m. – 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday) Sat (9 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.) and Sunday (12pm to 3pm) or call us at (646) 469-6076.

1 Current Passport / Card

Applicant must submit their current valid, or recently expired, passport (and/or passport card if applicable) in order to renew. The old Passport will be returned marked “Cancelled” by the US State Department

2. Passport Application (DS-82)

Applicant must submit one completed Passport Renewal Application Form (DS-82) which is “barcoded” – handwritten applications are not accepted for expedited services.

3. Passport Photos – (This service is available at our all locations)

Applicant must submit two identical, 2″x2″, color, passport-style photographs.

4. Name Change Documents - If applicable

If the name you are currently using differs from the name on your previous passport you must submit a marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order showing the change of name. The name change document must bear the official seal of the issuing authority. Uncertified copies or notarized documents cannot be accepted. All documents will be returned to you with your passport.

5. Proof of Travel

A copy of travel itinerary or online booking tool (such as an e-confirmation) showing departure from the U.S. If applicant does not possess proper itinerary, please contact us for options

6. Letter of Authorization

Click here to complete and print out two copies of the Authorization Letter. This letter will authorize our company to submit and obtain the passport on your behalf.

7. Processing Time & Fees

A. U.S. Government Fee For Renew Passport

Make one check or money order payable to “U.S. Department of State” (this is the government processing fee)

Passport Book: $209.53 (expedited)
Passport Book and Passport Card: $239.53 (expedited)
Regular passport book(9-13 weeks process time) $130
Regular passport book and card (9-13 weeks process time) $160.

Note: Temporary or starter check is not acceptable.

8. SameDayPassport-Visa Service order form:

Click here to completely fill out the Service order form. You will be asked to input your personal information, order information, and payment information. After inputting your Data, click on “Submit Order” which will create your completed order form, then print it out and sign it.
