Passport (valid for at least 18 months with at least one blank visa page)&nbsp; \u2013&nbsp;<em>photocopy is not acceptable<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1)&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.world-visa.com\/wpinstall\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Afghanistan-Visa-Application-Form1.pdf\">Visa Application Form<\/a>&nbsp;completed and signed.&nbsp;<em><strong>The application form must have original signature and MUST BE NOTARIZED in the USA \u2013 effective April 3, 2015.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1) Passport type photograph (MUST be recently taken \u2013 within the last 3 months) \u2013&nbsp;<strong>must be good quality with white background (no eyeglasses is allowed)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter from the Employer stating that the applicant is employed and will travel to Afghanistan as a tourist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer generated flight itinerary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aapassports.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/AA-SERVICE-ORER-FORM-NEW.pdf\">AA Passports Visas Service Order Form<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>NOTE: REGULAR PROCESSING TAKES 10 BUSINESS DAYS.&nbsp;RUSH PROCESSING IS AVAILABLE, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR THE FEES AND THE REQUIREMENTS. &nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Business<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid and signed U.
