S. Passport (valid for at least six months beyond date of entry, and must have two (2) adjoining blank pages for the visa )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1)&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.world-visa.com\/seo-pdf\/Saudi-Arabia-Visa-All.pdf\">Visa Application Form<\/a>&nbsp;completely filled out and signed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1) passport type photograph<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.world-visa.com\/seo-pdf\/Saudi-Arabia-Declaration-Form.pdf\">Declaration Form<\/a>&nbsp;must be signed and submitted with the visa application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.world-visa.com\/wpinstall\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/COVID-Form-Saudi-Arabia.pdf\">COVID19 Declaration Form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your sponsor in Saudi Arabia must arrange an invitation approved by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The approval should be telexed to the Saudi Embassy in Washington DC and a notification is usually sent to the applicant.&nbsp; NOTE: An invitation from the Saudi Arabian Company approved by the Chamber of Commerce is also acceptable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.world-visa.com\/sample-business-letter\/\">Business Letter from U.S. company<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the flight itinerary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/samedaypassport-visa.com\/forms\/service_order_form_new.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sameday Passport Service Order Form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Residence Visa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid and signed U. Applicable only to those 16 years and over (Original Test results must be included with 2 copies.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Medical report is valid for use within 3 months from issue date.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authorization number approved by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This should be done by the sponsor in Saudi Arabia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of relationship with the sponsor (a copy of the marriage certificate for the wife, or a copy of the birth certificate for the child)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minors (under 18 years) travelling alone, or with one parent, must submit a notarized letter in Arabic or English signed by a parent or a legal guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the flight itinerary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the IQAMA of the sponsor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/samedaypassport-visa.com\/forms\/service_order_form_new.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sameday Passport Service Order Form<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.world-visa.com\/wpinstall\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/TTWV-Order-form-2020.pdf\"><br><\/a><br><strong><em>NOTE:\u00a0 Age of accompanying child may not exceed eighteen (18) years; accompanying daughters must be single.\u00a0 Children under the age of sixteen (16) do not need a medical report.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Family Visit Visa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid and signed U. The sponsor in Saudi Arabia must apply for the invitation through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once the request is granted, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send the approval of the invitation directly to the Saudi Embassy in Washington, D.C. Passport (valid for at least six months beyond date of entry, and must have two (2) adjoining blank pages for the visa )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One (1)&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.world-visa.com\/seo-pdf\/Saudi-Arabia-Visa-All.pdf\">Visa Application Form<\/a>&nbsp;completely filled out and signed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Four (4) passport type photographs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.world-visa.com\/seo-pdf\/Saudi-Arabia-Medical-Report.pdf\">Medical Report Forms<\/a>&nbsp;(please download 3 copies) completely filled out and signed by the doctor doing the test (<em><strong>all forms must have the doctor\u2019s original signature and the doctor\u2019s office stamp or seal<\/strong><\/em>).&nbsp; Applicable only to those 16 years and over (Original Test results must be included with 2 copies).&nbsp;<em>&nbsp;Medical report is valid for use within 3 months from issue date.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.world-visa.com\/wpinstall\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/COVID-Form-Saudi-Arabia.pdf\">COVID19 Declaration Form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter from the sponsoring company is required.&nbsp; Letter&nbsp;<strong>MUST<\/strong>&nbsp;indicate block visa number, date, position and name of applicant.<em><strong>&nbsp; NOTE: If you use a third part to submit the application to the embassy, the letter should include language authorizing the agency to finalize all visa requirements \u2013 please contact Travel the World Visas for the agency\u2019s name to be listed on this letter.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital (electronic) power of attorney from the Saudi employer generated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<em><strong>NOTE:&nbsp;&nbsp;If you use a third part to submit the application to the embassy, the power of attorney should include language authorizing the agency to finalize all visa requirements \u2013 please contact Travel the World Visas for the agency\u2019s name to be listed on the power of attorney.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the signed employment contract with the company in Saudi Arabia.&nbsp;<em><strong>Employment contract must be signed and sealed by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of College or University Degree (<strong><em>certified or verified by the Saudi Arabia Cultural Missions Office<\/em><\/strong>) \u2013 must correspond to the field of employment together with official transcripts &nbsp;<strong>OR<\/strong>, Technical Training Certificates, notarized and authenticated by your State Secretary.
