Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
One Passport Type Photograph with white background – taken in the last 6 months, please write name and passport number at the back and sign
For applicant’s under 18 years old, a parental consent is required (if unaccompanied by parents)
Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of round trip airline ticket
