Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable
• One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
• One Passport Type Photograph with white background – taken in the last 6 months, please write name and passport number at the back and sign
• For applicant’s under 18 years old, a parental consent is required (if unaccompanied by parents)
• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of round trip airline ticket
• Sameday Passport Service Order Form

BUSINESS

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
• One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.One Passport Type Photograph with white background – taken in the last 6 months, please write name and passport number at the back and sign
• Business Letter from U.S. company
• Sameday Passport Service Order Form

OFFICIAL OR DIPLOMATIC TRAVEL

• Valid and signed U. S. Official or Diplomatic Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable
• Two Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
• One Passport Type Photograph with white background – taken in the last 6 months, please write name and passport number at the back and sign
• Letter from sending department or agency, confirming the purpose of travel and dates of the intended visit.
