Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
• One visa application form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
• Copy of the passport (photo and information page)
• One Passport Type Photograph
• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent
• Sameday Passport Service Order Form

BUSINESS

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
• One visa application form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
• One Passport Type Photograph
• Copy of the passport (photo and information page)
• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent
• Business Letter from U.S. company
• Sameday Passport Service Order Form

Official/Diplomatic Travel

• Submit your U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• Two visa application forms, fully completed and signed
• Two passport-type photographs
• Sameday Passport Service Order Form
• Letter from sending department or agency, confirming the purpose of travel and dates of the intended visit
