Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) – Passport and Visa Required
Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens
TOURIST VISA
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid for at least 3 months past the end date of your stay in Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast); with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable
- Two (2) Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application forms must have original signature. (NOTE: Make sure that you complete the correct visa application form based on the duration of stay)
- Two (2) Passport type photographs (must be colored)
- Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent
- Hotel Confirmation (if staying at the hotel)
- Letter of Invitation from your host in Ivory Coast – authenticated/notarized by the city hall in Abidjan (if staying with friends/relatives)
- World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations against Yellow Fever (ORIGINAL – REQUIRED)
- Sameday Passport Service Order Form
BUSINESS VISA
